Senior Manager – Salesforce (Pharma & Life Sciences)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce consulting engagements for clients in the pharma and life‑science sectors. The role combines strategic advisory, solution design, and team leadership to help large organisations optimise their operations through Salesforce technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation projects for pharma and life‑science clients, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions.
• Act as a senior liaison with client executives, translating business needs into technical designs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing environment.
• Identify underlying business problems using systems thinking and propose innovative, technology‑enabled solutions.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce consulting generalist or specialist, preferably within large, complex organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage senior‑level client relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to craft clear, impactful messages and tell a holistic story.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and making sound judgments.
