Salesforce Manager – Pharma & Life Sciences

About the role

PwC is seeking a Salesforce Manager to lead consulting engagements for clients in the pharmaceutical and life‑science sectors. The role combines deep Salesforce expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping clients optimise operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business needs and design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide training, support and change‑management to maximise user adoption.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, leveraging their unique strengths.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum); Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or related roles.
• Background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar fields is advantageous.
• One or more Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales or Service Consultant).
