PwC is seeking a Salesforce Senior Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team, focusing on the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors. In this role you will help large organisations optimise operational efficiency by designing, implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex client business problems and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Configure, customise and extend the Salesforce platform, including Lightning components and integrations.
• Provide training, support and knowledge transfer to client teams for seamless adoption.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best‑practice methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
