About the role

Pwc is seeking a ServiceNow Deployment Manager to lead the delivery of innovative ServiceNow solutions within its Cloud Operations team. The role combines technical oversight of cloud‑based deployments with people leadership, ensuring high‑quality client service and fostering team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor ServiceNow deployment projects.
• Analyze system requirements and develop strategic implementation plans aligned with client expectations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT or cloud projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of coaching and performance management.
• Excellent analytical skills to understand system interactions and drive improvements.
• Ability to communicate clearly, handle difficult conversations, and uphold professional standards.
