About the role
The Bouldin property is seeking a Service Technician to ensure that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will work on a variety of maintenance tasks, supporting both resident requests and preventative programs.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
- Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
- Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and occasional painting of curbs and signage.
- Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and minimizing waste of materials.
Required profile
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and perform repairs safely.
- Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventory, and documentation.
- Willingness to work onsite in an active residential environment.
