Journeyman Electrician – Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician – Foreman to lead electrical teams on construction sites in Austin, TX. The position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical systems, including EV charger and sub‑panel installations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair new and retro‑fit electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations on‑site.
• Communicate with clients and team members and provide project estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Mentor apprentices as needed.

Required profile

• Trustworthy, hands‑on individual who prefers field work.
• Leader with experience managing construction crews.
• Steady work history (minimum 3 years) and high emotional intelligence.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lb.
• Authorized to work in the US and fluent in English.
