Service Technician – Student Living (Woodland Glen III IV & V)

About the role

The Service Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of the Woodland Glen III, IV & V student living community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common‑area amenities.
• Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and parts used.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience working in a residential or student‑living environment is preferred.
