Service Technician – Student Living Property

About the role
We are looking for a Service Technician to join the team at The Broadview at Vanderbilt, a student‑living community managed by Greystar. In this role you will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
- Carry out repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and applicable codes.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch‑lists and coordinating vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow established procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on residential properties.
- Experience diagnosing issues and implementing repairs according to safety and code requirements.
- Strong attention to detail for inspections and punch‑list creation.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Nashville, TN.
