Roadway Project Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior staff while managing multiple roadway design tasks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Prepare accurate presentations, design details, and construction documents.
• Develop permit applications and submittal packages for relevant agencies.
• Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, and contractors.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in all technical aspects of roadway design.
• Experience in people management or supervision.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer (preferred) and standard industry software.
• PE certification (preferred) and strong technical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
