Service Supervisor – The Remy Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor for The Remy ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs following company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Ability to follow Greystar’s policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical or technical defects in a residential setting.
• Proven capability to coordinate make‑ready activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting work performed by staff or contractors.
