Service Supervisor - Montclair Scottsdale

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role involves handling resident service requests, overseeing make‑ready processes for vacant units, and managing preventative maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident work orders, following company policies and safety codes.
• Manage the make‑ready process, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in policy manuals.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in residential communities.
• Ability to diagnose issues, coordinate repairs and oversee vendor work.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and quality control.
• Capability to manage inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
