Service Supervisor – Community Maintenance

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, and plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance across the property.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supervising maintenance operations in a residential or commercial setting.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
