Senior Customer Account Manager, Federal Accounts

About the role

Connexus Hub Inc., a woman‑owned small business delivering professional services to federal agencies, is looking for a Senior Customer Account Manager to lead federal tenant accounts for a large multi‑tenant federal office building in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed account plan for each principal tenant, covering organization details, contacts, occupancy data, projected needs, and service dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, coordinating actions and tracking issues through resolution or referral.
• Prepare and support tenant meetings by creating agendas, briefing materials, decision papers, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain logs of tenant issues, commitments, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate tenant requests across facilities, security, IT, and finance teams.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, occupancy changes, expansions, contractions, and departures.
• Provide early warnings of tenant dissatisfaction, schedule risks, funding concerns, or unresolved requirements.

Required profile

• At least seven years of experience in real‑estate customer, account, occupancy, or tenant management.
• Proven experience supporting complex institutional, corporate, or government customers.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple service organizations.
• Strong written communication, briefing, facilitation, and issue‑management skills.
