Service Supervisor – Canyon Park

About the role

The Service Supervisor at Canyon Park is responsible for ensuring that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This hands‑on role combines technical maintenance work with supervision of staff, vendors and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure quality and compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, vendor schedules and inventory.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes and Greystar’s operational procedures.
• Ability to supervise staff and contractors, conduct inspections and enforce quality standards.
