Service Processing Coordinator

About the role

The Service Processing Coordinator will reconcile and process completed service tickets for invoicing in SAP, supporting Kaeser Compressors' commitment to exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile and process service tickets in preparation for invoicing using SAP.
• Verify cost and tax considerations for travel, mileage, parts, and labor.
• Maintain timely, error‑free processing of service orders to meet department goals.
• Collaborate with Service Scheduling Coordinators, Branch Managers, and Technicians to resolve processing discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma (associate or bachelor's in accounting preferred).
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial market.
• One year of invoicing experience preferred.
• Regular physical attendance at the Fredericksburg worksite.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including G‑Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
