Service Dispatcher / Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized Service Dispatcher / Coordinator to be the central hub for managing service requests, technician schedules, deliveries, and installations for our asphalt industry customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests via phone, email, and internal systems, gathering full customer and equipment details.
• Schedule local and traveling technicians, coordinate routes, arrange travel and lodging, and ensure equipment and parts are ready.
• Prepare work orders, provide technicians with necessary information, and monitor open calls throughout the day.
• Maintain service calendars, equipment records, preventive‑maintenance schedules, and ensure complete documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, service coordination, scheduling, or office administration.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional telephone and email communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, dispatching or work‑order and scheduling software.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, calendars, and other business software.
