Taco Bell is hiring a Service Champion in Birmingham, Alabama, through a franchisee (Tacala). The franchisee is the only employer, and wages and benefits are set by each franchisee. Key responsibilities
- Work the restaurant drive-thru and take and ring up customer orders
- Handle multiple payment methods
- Prepare and store food ingredients and beverage orders, checking them for accuracy
- Package products and keep the work and dining area clean and safe
Required profile
- Friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers
- Able to meet customer needs and solve food or service issues
- Works well with team members and accepts coaching from leadership
- Clean, tidy appearance and good work habits
