Server – Upscale Hospitality

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic servers to join the team at The Albion Summit Hotel. You will be part of an upscale dining environment, delivering memorable service to guests while working closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide memorable customer service and greet guests.
• Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and assist with payment processing.
• Answer menu questions, offer suggestions, and personalize the dining experience.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitize service tools, and restock condiments.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of fine‑dining experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and neat appearance.
• Willingness to wash dishes and run errands for guests.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and control guest checks.
• Commitment to sanitizing service areas and tools.
