About the role

We are looking for friendly, outgoing servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Oregano's. You will help create memorable dining moments while building relationships with our guests.

Key responsibilities

Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide menu recommendations, address guest needs, and resolve issues promptly.
Suggest appetizers, desserts, and drinks to increase the average check.
Process payments, handle cash, and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and stand for extended periods.
Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol where applicable.

Required skills

Valid food safety certification (if applicable).
Valid alcohol serving certification (if applicable).
