Server Assistant – Support Dining Service

About the role

Sugo is a family‑style restaurant that values genuine hospitality. As a Server Assistant you will support servers by setting up tables, cleaning, delivering food, and keeping the dining room organized to ensure fast, efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange tables for service.
• Clean and maintain the dining area throughout shifts.
• Assist servers with food delivery and table turnover.
• Organize dining room spaces to enhance efficiency.
• Restock service stations and supplies.
• Help set up for special events and private parties.

Required profile

• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in tight spaces.
• Stand and walk for long periods without breaks during busy times.
• Lift or move up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Maintain a high level of mobility and flexibility in small areas.
• Passion for delivering perfect dining experiences.
