About the role
Sugo is a family‑style restaurant seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Server Assistant to help create memorable dining experiences. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and support servers in maintaining a smooth, organized dining room.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage reservations and seating.
- Maintain an organized, efficient dining‑room environment.
- Set up tables, clean, and support food delivery for servers.
- Assist with general dining‑room organization to enhance speed and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in small spaces with high mobility.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during busy service.
- Lift or move up to 50 lb without assistance.
