About the role
Sugo is a family‑style restaurant celebrating Italian and Greek heritage. The team strives to create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality and polished service. As a Dishwasher you will support timely food service by keeping the kitchen’s dishes, utensils and equipment clean and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Execute kitchen systems and workflows to support service speed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
- Ensure the workspace remains well‑organized and safe.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in confined spaces.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during busy service.
- Lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
