About the role
The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant known for creative, shareable dishes and an extensive wine list. As a Server Assistant you will support servers by handling table setup, cleaning, food delivery assistance, and overall dining‑room organization to boost speed, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage table setup and arrangement before service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout shifts.
- Assist servers with timely food delivery to tables.
- Organize the dining room to ensure smooth workflow and guest comfort.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in confined spaces with high mobility.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during busy times.
- Strength to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
