SEO Specialist (Search Engine Optimization)

About the role

Net Conversion is a data‑obsessed marketing and analytics agency based in downtown Orlando. The SEO Specialist will support organic growth for a portfolio of clients by executing data‑driven SEO strategies, delivering insights, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report daily SEO KPIs using internal and external tools.
• Create clear, actionable client reporting dashboards.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to guide content strategy.
• Optimize web content following EEAT and YMYL guidelines.
• Perform routine site audits to identify technical fixes, schema markup opportunities, and health issues.
• Collaborate with client developers to implement optimizations.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends, and AI‑driven search behaviors.
• Support execution of general and keyword‑specific content strategies aligned with client goals.

Required profile

• Strong ability to interpret data, spot performance shifts, and present actionable insights.
• Practical familiarity with core SEO concepts, including schema markup and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Interest in digital marketing, web analytics, and emerging search trends.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑client setting.
