SEO Specialist

About the role

The SEO Specialist will lead both traditional SEO and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for our clients, ensuring their content is discovered, trusted, and cited by AI-driven answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own client AEO/GEO/LLMO strategies, positioning content for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Claude.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO and AEO audits covering technical, content, keyword, schema, entity, and link factors.
• Implement structured data (Schema.org) and optimize content for AI extraction, including answer‑first formatting, semantic chunking, and FAQ blocks.
• Monitor AI visibility, track brand citations across major answer engines, and iterate on under‑performing assets.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on SEO performance and AI citation metrics, and present strategies directly to clients.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a digital agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of AEO/GEO/LLMO and how AI answer engines surface content.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
