SEO Manager

About the role

As an SEO Manager reporting to the Sr Manager of Performance Marketing, you will drive organic growth for Nasdaq's Capital Access Platforms. You will lead a team to align SEO and paid strategies, focusing on inbound lead generation, website experience, and measurable growth across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and multilingual AEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and build domain authority.
• Utilize AI‑powered SEO tools for content optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking across multiple languages and regions.
• Optimize web content, landing pages, and metadata for search performance and user engagement.
• Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site speed, crawlability, and indexing in collaboration with Enterprise Digital.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the SEO team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms, delivering regular reports on multi‑language site performance and regional effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of SEO/AEO experience with demonstrated team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
