Digital Marketing Specialist - Agent Marketing

About the role

State Farm is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Agent Marketing Digital and Social Programs team. The role focuses on paid search and SEO for agent‑level campaigns, helping to drive measurable business results while working in a hybrid environment across several U.S. hub locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage agent‑level paid‑search strategies aligned with business objectives, budgets and performance KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, bids, conversion trends, lead volume and quality, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, analytics partners and external agencies to execute and refine search programs.
• Lead SEO initiatives, evaluate keyword performance, and implement on‑page and technical optimizations.
• Create testing roadmaps, conduct experiments, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Integrate search efforts with paid and organic social, display, programmatic, streaming audio/video, connected TV and demand‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to digital marketing.
• Comfort working with performance data and in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong curiosity and ability to manage vendors and external agencies.
