Account Executive – Lexus Dealer Accounts (Atlanta)

About the role

Team One, Publicis Groupe's integrated media, digital and communications agency, is hiring an Account Executive for its Atlanta office. The role manages day-to-day Lexus Dealer Activities (LDA) in assigned markets, which are small to medium in size, and works with Lexus dealers and the Lexus Area Management. The position is hybrid, with no exceptions, and requires about 25% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day LDA activities in assigned markets, with a focus on media, experiential and general account management.
• Provide budget, newsletters and metrics to dealers on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and present at quarterly LDA meetings, and deliver persuasive presentations for market meetings and dealer visits.
• Track each market's budget and manage heavy up funds.
• Develop strong Points of View with sound strategic thinking and business acumen, tailored to local nuances.
• Work with media planning and event marketing teams to recommend strategy for individual markets.
• Keep abreast of strategies and champion creative work, positioning Team One as an indispensable marketing partner to Lexus dealers and the Lexus area office.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency setting (media agency OK).
• Ability and desire to present in person and maintain a high-touch, cooperative relationship with clients.
• Automotive, retail, regional, franchisee-owner or other related client management experience highly preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed; the role suits someone who wants to build close dealer relationships.

Required skills

• General understanding of advertising media plans, KPIs and other metrics pertaining to media and media budgets.
• Ability to present and build strategic points of view.

• Pay range of USD 60,800 to 73,000 per year, depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
