SEO Content Writer

About the role

Community Influencer® is seeking a full‑time SEO Content Writer to join its high‑performance Content Marketing Team. This remote position works Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑4 pm PT, and focuses on creating optimized, educational blog posts that drive traffic, leads, and sales for the real‑estate marketing niche.

Key responsibilities

• Research real‑estate marketing topics, conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
• Write compelling, search‑engine‑optimized blog posts, titles, and headlines that educate real‑estate agents.
• Review, update, and polish existing website content to maintain relevance and SEO compliance.
• Collaborate with the Content Manager, CEO, Project Manager, graphic designer, SEO specialist and other creators.
• Analyze performance metrics, adjust content strategy, and report results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism or related field.
• 3+ years of proven SEO‑focused writing, editing and content creation.
• Experience in real‑estate or real‑estate marketing is highly preferred.
• Portfolio of published articles and familiarity with virtual, team‑oriented environments.

Required skills

• WordPress and Elementor content management.
• Google Analytics, Semrush, SEO Surfer, Link Whisperer.
• ClickUp project‑management platform.
• Strong SEO research, keyword analysis and on‑page optimization.
