SEO & AEO Specialist

About the role

Legora is seeking an SEO & AEO Specialist to join its Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company’s organic search presence while pioneering strategies for AI‑powered answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Own core SEO performance: drive technical health, crawlability, indexation, on‑page optimization and keyword strategy across the site.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work with the Web Developer to resolve issues such as site speed, schema implementation and site structure.
• Protect and grow existing organic rankings and traffic, ensuring a reliable, compounding source of demand.
• Define and execute Legora’s AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy, adapting content for AI‑driven search and answer platforms.
• Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create assets that perform well in both classic search results and AI answers.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in SEO, including technical, on‑page and content optimisation.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore how AI answer engines retrieve and cite content.
• Ability to work closely with developers and cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
