Digital Platforms Manager

About the role

The Digital Platforms Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operation, quality assurance and execution of NYCB’s digital properties, including nycballet.com and the David H. Koch Theater website. Working within the fast‑paced Marketing & Media department, you will translate strategic direction into reliable, consumer‑focused online experiences that support ticket sales and patron engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content creation, updates and deployment for two CMS‑driven, e‑commerce enabled websites.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Box Office and Customer Care teams to prepare seasonal builds and ensure flawless ticket‑on‑sale launches.
• Conduct thorough quality‑assurance testing and maintain documentation of business rules for each season.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders, DHKT renters and Lincoln Center digital teams to gather and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Oversee vendor relationships, system integrations and testing processes that keep ticketing and patron experiences running smoothly.
• Supervise a coordinator and interns, providing guidance and workload distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing web platforms with integrated e‑commerce functionality.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams in marketing, technology and operations.
• Ability to document and enforce business rules and quality standards.
• Experience supervising junior staff or interns.
