Senior/Staff Product Manager – Core Experience (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the core experience, making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high‑quality mental health care. You will use data to uncover consumer pain points and work with cross‑functional teams to drive stronger engagement and better outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data and run A/B tests to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to understand drivers of engagement.
• Lead an engineering team to design, launch, and measure product improvements that impact patient outcomes.
• Communicate strategy, trade‑offs, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing or marketplace products.
• Proven track record of owning complex, high‑impact product areas and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong quantitative fluency, including experience designing experiments and conducting causal analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence skills.
