Senior/Staff Business Development Analyst

About the role

Antora Energy is seeking a Senior or Staff Business Development Analyst to join its international development team. The analyst will support senior team members in originating large‑scale industrial decarbonization projects, primarily in Spain, Australia, and the United States. This role blends market research, financial modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive project initiation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess new market opportunities and project leads in targeted industrial sectors.
• Assist with onboarding industrial customers and manage early‑stage project development activities.
• Conduct financial modeling and screening of potential projects to evaluate feasibility and profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering, project finance, and legal teams to gather insights and resources.
• Develop, format, and refine proposals and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Support the creation and improvement of business development processes and systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business development, finance, or a related role, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
• Proven experience building energy project finance models from utility bill data.
• Strong quantitative, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
