Senior Analyst - Sales Operations (Hybrid)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in San Jose on a hybrid basis. The role turns complex data into business insights, improves critical sales processes and helps leaders make informed decisions that drive growth. It involves taking ownership of high-visibility projects, partnering with stakeholders across the business and building scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools and executive-level analyses using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Analyze sales, financial, operational, compensation and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Lead territory alignment, quota planning, order crediting and sales compensation support activities.
• Manage requests for information, proposals, security assessments and customer questionnaires by coordinating timelines, contributors, reviews and final submissions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product Management, Information Systems, Legal, Compliance and Customer Support to deliver business solutions.
• Improve business processes, reporting frameworks, data controls, system workflows and documentation.
• Create executive presentations and decision-support materials with clear, actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum two years of professional experience.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, medical technology, software, SaaS or another complex B2B environment.
• Preferred: experience supporting sales compensation, territory planning, quota setting, proposal management, data governance, security assessments or procurement.

Required skills

• Analyzing, reconciling and validating large or complex datasets with advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Building dashboards, KPIs, data models, executive summaries and business recommendations.
• Preferred: Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint or similar business systems and analytics platforms.

Pay ranges are listed by U.S. work location; travel is 10%.
