Senior Workplace Experience Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day physical and social experience of our New York City office. In this high-visibility, hands-on role you will lead office logistics, support executives and VIPs, and drive the upcoming office move.

Key responsibilities

• Lead office logistics for the planned move (target 11/1) and ongoing space planning.
• Continuously improve the office experience for employees.
• Plan and execute team events, lunches, and off-site gatherings.
• Coordinate guest visits, VIP program bookings, and related logistics.
• Prepare the office for external events, meetings, and content shoots.
• Maintain office supplies, snacks, drinks and manage vendor relationships.
• Organize daily lunch orders and catering.
• Serve as front-of-house presence for visitors and guests.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in workplace/office management, hospitality, or executive support.
• Proven ability to wear many hats and operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong vendor and logistics coordination skills.
• Experience supporting executives, VIPs, or high-touch clients is a plus.
