Senior Web Developer - Data and Analytics

About the role

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team is hiring a Project Senior Web Developer (Project Analytics and Insights Engineer III) for a project in the Data and Analytics practice, based in Rosslyn, Virginia. The team works with federal, state and local government clients and public higher education institutions to design, develop and operate data, AI and analytics platforms. The Project Delivery Talent Model focuses on delivering services to clients, with employment tied to the project.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategy and program management applications while re-architecting and modernizing a high-visibility system.
• Design, develop, enhance and maintain full-stack web applications and custom software components.
• Work with Federal Law Enforcement clients, users and technical teams to turn business needs into technical designs and software solutions.
• Develop and integrate new functionality into existing and modernized systems, analyzing performance, data usage, workflows and technical problems.
• Develop and run software testing procedures, troubleshoot issues and support delivery and deployment of web-based solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on software/web development.
• Ability to work onsite at the client site in downtown Washington, DC.

Required skills

• 3+ years of full-stack and web application development, including Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Modern front-end development practices.
• Ability to work independently, lead projects or workstreams, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

What we offer

• Wage range of $113,000 to $188,400, depending on skills, experience and other factors.
