Senior Turf & Ornamentals Sales Representative – Texas

About the role

BASF Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Senior Turf & Ornamentals Sales Representative to drive growth in South Texas, covering the Houston, College Station and San Antonio areas. The role focuses on expanding BASF’s product portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sustainable solutions for professional turfgrass managers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned South Texas territory.
• Promote BASF’s innovations and product portfolio to end‑users, landscape professionals and industry influencers.
• Develop and maintain long‑term business relationships with key customers and partners.
• Plan and execute field tactical activities, including product demonstrations and on‑site consultations.
• Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Residency within the South Texas region (Houston, College Station or San Antonio).
• Proven senior‑level experience in turf, ornamental or agricultural sales.
• Strong understanding of the turfgrass and ornamental market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work model.
