Senior Treasury Manager

About the role

As a Senior Treasury Manager at Achieve, you will build and lead the treasury function for a fast‑growing digital lender, overseeing daily cash operations, liquidity strategy and relationships with banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position, initiate wires, and maintain working capital forecasts.
• Own the end‑to‑end weekly working capital process and provide liquidity visibility across the business.
• Administer electronic banking portals, ZBA structures, and day‑to‑day banking relationships.
• Lead treasury policy, cash controls, and credit‑facility administration, including covenant compliance.
• Produce financial dashboards, support ad‑hoc analysis, and leverage data feeds/AI to improve treasury management systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in treasury, FP&A, investment banking or related finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with treasury management systems such as GTreasury, Kyriba or ModernTreasury.
• Advanced financial modeling and cash‑forecasting abilities.
• Proficiency in leveraging data feeds and AI for treasury processes.
