Senior Treasury Analyst (AI & Crypto Data Center)

About the role

Bitdeer, a technology company for AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst or AM to join its finance team in the US. The role manages the organization's financial resources, optimizes cash flow and mitigates financial risk, while managing and optimizing banking relationships for efficient, cost-effective services. It is open to candidates in Austin, TX and San Jose, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
• Execute and monitor investment activities in line with company policy and risk tolerance.
• Support bank accounts, credit facilities and other financial instruments, including standby and export letters of credit, performance bonds and similar instruments.
• Maintain bank account documentation, online banking platforms, authorized signatory records and SOX-related legal documentation.
• Prepare treasury reports such as banking management summaries and investment performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP and regulatory requirements, and provide information to internal and external auditors.
• Use internal systems to streamline processes, identify best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new systems and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English / Mandarin) is preferred.
