Senior Travel Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for BCD Travel’s corporate clients, helping them plan and manage business trips efficiently. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will use your expertise to deliver smart travel solutions and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations across air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, providing tailored advice to meet compliance and cost‑saving goals.
• Handle regulatory requirements such as DOT, TSA, passport, and visa documentation.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date industry information, including low fares, exchange rates, and penalty fees.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships, offering actionable recommendations.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the travel industry and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency with the Sabre global distribution system (GDS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
