Senior Technology Lead, People Systems

About the role

The Senior HR Technology Lead is a key member of the People Ops and Finance teams, partnering with the Director, People Tech to drive efficiencies and roadmap items. The role partners with other People CoEs and departments across the enterprise as Workday's subject matter expert, improving Workday configurations to leverage its capabilities. It also acts as a technical point of contact for an assigned functional area, helping ensure data integrity, test system changes, integration and reporting, and identify process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Workday system, including reviewing, testing and implementing upgrades, tests and patches, and coordinating them with functional and technical staff
• Provide production support: configure annual processes, research and resolve unexpected results or process flaws, and recommend solutions or alternative methods
• Help develop standard, custom and dashboard reports for ongoing business needs
• Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data, and support other HR systems with troubleshooting, reporting and maintenance
• Assess and improve HR business processes, and work with highly confidential material

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• Global implementation experience and 2+ years of Workday experience in a global setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of the HR function, strong collaboration, customer focus, and ability to work independently and in project teams

Required skills

• Workday expertise, including recruiting, HCM, security and performance modules
• Workday Core Connectors, EIB/DTS, Workday Report Writer, SOAP requests and web services
• HR data conversion experience

• Salary range of $120,000 - $145,000, with actual base pay depending on skills, experience and qualifications
