Senior Technology Lead – AI-Forward Technical Lead

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS agency is seeking an AI‑Forward Senior Technology Lead to drive the technical vision for ROOM42, its in‑house production and digital services studio. You will bridge creative concepts and production‑grade code, using AI to accelerate delivery of compliant, engaging healthcare experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical execution for websites, microsites, interactive apps, conference kiosks and data‑driven digital tools.
• Architect solutions that balance design intent, performance, compliance and scalability.
• Write production‑quality code and integrate AI tooling at every meaningful stage of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and client teams to translate briefs, Figma files or sketches into functional deliverables.
• Continuously improve the web development process by incorporating emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a proven track record in full‑stack web development.
• Experience modernizing traditional development workflows with AI‑enhanced tools.
• Ability to work across a spectrum of digital experiences for healthcare and pharma clients.
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment, based in any US office or remote.
