Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

About the role

Arpio is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to lead implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success for enterprise customers using our SaaS disaster‑recovery platform. The role can be fully remote within the US or hybrid 2‑3 days a week in our Durham, NC office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding processes, documenting and accelerating migration plans.
• Track time‑to‑value and success metrics, proactively monitor health, and identify risks or adoption opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, share product updates, and drive renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate with engineers to triage and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to convey customer feedback and act as a customer advocate for product improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years in a technical, customer‑facing Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with enterprise customers.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and identify improvement opportunities.
• Enthusiasm for working at an early‑stage company and tackling fast‑paced challenges.

Required skills

• Experience with CSM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
• Strong understanding of AWS and/or Azure services, cloud computing, and networking technologies.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
