Senior Specialist, US HIV Payer Marketing

About the role

The Senior Specialist joins the HIV Payer Brand Marketing team to support segment strategies for HIV products. Working closely with Marketing Associate Directors, the role focuses on creating promotional resources and communications that meet payer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing promotion and communication materials aligned with brand strategy while adhering to regulatory and company policies.
• Partner with brand teams and agencies to create payer‑related solutions and pull‑through materials for field sales.
• Provide analytical support, lead promotion review activities, and manage payer budgets for assigned brands.
• Coordinate with multiple segments (Pharmacy & Distribution, Hospital/Federal, Reimbursement) to deliver resources that support commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership, cross‑functional teamwork, and ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic choices, opportunities, and risks.
• Experience influencing without direct authority and aligning marketing strategy with tactical resources.

What we offer

• Salary range $117,000 – $184,200 per year.
