Senior Specialist, Sales Program Execution

About the role

AT&T is hiring a Senior Specialist for Sales Program Execution in Bothell, Washington. The role develops and directs programs that strengthen sales initiatives, streamline operations and support field efforts to reach revenue targets and market growth. It is a regular, full-time position (40 hours per week) with no supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Create and run sales programs aligned with strategic goals across all channels
• Work with marketing, product development and customer service teams to deliver programs on time and within budget
• Build training materials and coach the sales team
• Run market research, analyse customer feedback and use the insights to shape sales strategy
• Evaluate and improve existing sales processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
• 2+ years of related experience
• Certification required in some areas
• Ability to work independently on large projects with minimal supervision and to influence efficiency, cost, schedule and client relationships
