Senior S&OP Manager, Supply Chain

About the role

Beiersdorf is hiring a full-time, unlimited contract Senior S&OP Manager in Stamford, Connecticut. The role leads the monthly S&OP cycle, supports the S&OP Core Team, runs strategic and operational planning projects and connects planning assumptions with business and financial implications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern the monthly S&OP cycle (account prep, brand health, consensus) and act as an active member of the S&OP Core Team, coordinating its rhythm, agendas and follow-ups.
• Plan, prepare and facilitate S&OP workshops, identify next steps, owners and dependencies, and run trade-off discussions on risks, opportunities, financial and service impacts.
• Prepare executive-level S&OP materials and brief the Director of Planning and Senior Manager of Demand Planning on assumptions, risks and decision points.
• Drive continuous improvement of S&OP processes, tools and governance, and lead strategic and operational planning projects across Planning, COE, Controlling, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, set objectives and milestones, coordinate stakeholders and support change management for new planning processes and tools.

Required profile

• 5-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, Business Planning, Project Management or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional processes or projects and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience managing projects from problem definition through implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
• FMCG / consumer goods experience preferred.

Required skills

• Planning systems and analytical tools such as SAP, APO/IBP, Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear executive insights and to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
