Operations Excellence and Supply Chain Analytics Lead

About the role

The Operations Excellence & Supply Chain Analytics Lead will transform complex supply chain and financial data into actionable insights that improve North America supply chain performance, strengthen forecasting, and drive continuous improvement. This role serves as a strategic analytics partner to senior and C‑suite leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain analytics across North America, evaluating performance against forecasts, operational targets, and the Annual Operating Plan to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining, statistical analysis, and AI‑enabled tools to evaluate scenarios and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and compelling business narratives for senior leadership.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify performance gaps, develop sustainable solutions, and embed improvements into standard processes.
• Partner cross‑functionally to define requirements for automated analytics and reporting, leveraging data from multiple systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, inventory management, manufacturing, ERP systems, or supply chain analytics; a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret supply chain performance, analyze results against forecasts, and support operational or financial planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of presenting findings to C‑suite and influencing stakeholders.

• Base salary range $98,000 – $155,000 per year.
