North America Sales & Operations Execution Leader

About the role

The North America Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Leader will drive hands‑on execution of supply‑chain plans across North America, partnering with stakeholders to turn strategy into action, manage risks and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of North America S&OE plans and supply‑chain programs, aligning priorities with Philips’ strategic objectives.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define scope, schedules, resources, budgets, quality standards and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate activities across the end‑to‑end supply chain, identify execution gaps and drive timely escalations.
• Define program deliverables, business cases, charters, roadmaps and KPIs, providing clear progress reporting.
• Apply supply‑chain and program‑management methodologies to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a master’s) in supply‑chain, project/program management, Agile or related fields.
• Proven ability to interpret complex forecasts and analytics and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and performance‑measurement management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply‑Chain Management or equivalent.

Required skills

• Supply‑chain and program‑management expertise.
• Experience with advanced analytics, AI or automation for supply‑chain or financial reporting (a plus).

What we offer

• Base salary range $136,000 – $216,000 per year.
• Annual incentive bonus, long‑term incentives and potential commissions.
