Senior Software Engineer - Warehouse Automation

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions for material handling and warehouse automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications for material handling systems.
• Architect scalable, high‑performance solutions that integrate with WCS, WIS, and WMS.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid‑level and junior engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high software quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C, C++, JavaScript within Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
