Support Engineer – Modern Endpoint, Intune, AI & Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to design, implement, manage and support modern endpoint management across Microsoft and Apple ecosystems. The role focuses on automation, operational excellence and AI‑enabled workflows in a multi‑customer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations, compliance policies, security baselines and application deployments for Windows and mobile devices.
• Lead customer migrations to Intune and support Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows.
• Administer Apple Business Manager integrations, Automated Device Enrollment and VPP app deployments.
• Create and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines and version‑controlled configurations to reduce manual portal work.
• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry to improve operations, documentation and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and endpoint security concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to document processes and build repeatable operational standards.
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, GitHub, CI/CD) and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
